Just before beginning their high school journey, Katsuya Nimi, a track star, and Susumu Karasawa, a judo champion, come across a distressed young woman crying over the constant defeats of the school's baseball team. The girl, Yuri Nakao, happens to be the coach's gorgeous daughter, who fears that the team might shut down if their losing streak persists. In an attempt to save the team and fulfill their own aspirations of competing in Koshien, Katsuya and Susumu decide to join the baseball team. However, Katsuya's growing affection for Yuri becomes a hurdle in their journey, as a few potential love rivals surface. Will Katsuya be able to conquer both the game of love and baseball? This story also includes two one-shots, "Zoku Isourou Yori Hitokoto" and "Koibito Sengen."
