A 28-year-old man named Mariko Kazunori, also known as Nori, had a strong aversion to bicycles until he came close to hitting road-racer Oda Rin. Following an encounter with Rin and her eccentric family, Nori's life takes a turn for the worse. His driving license gets suspended, and his companions push him into cycling as an alternative means of transportation.
