When Manaka Makoto, a young salaryman of 24, wakes up one day after an odd dream, he realizes he's transformed into a stunning woman who has irresistible seductive powers with universal appeal. A mystical being informs Makoto that the only way to switch back to his male anatomy is to experience sexual stimulation while disguised as a woman, a task that proves to be quite challenging.
