Nezumi-sou, otherwise known as the fourth dormitory of Rat Production, is home to a group of failed idol girls - Roko Sekino, Hayu Nukui, and Nina Maehara. Ino Sakura, with a deep desire to become an idol, moves in just as the dormitory is slated for demolition. However, under the guidance of manager Kajino Hoho and her project "Ochikobore Fruit Tart," the residents come together to form a new idol group called "Fruit Tart" to pay off a hefty one hundred million yen debt. Their journey begins with their first idol activities.
