Yukiya Ayase, a gentle-hearted university student, is sold by his cousin Tetsuo to Somuku Kanou, a wealthy loan shark with a fierce temper, in order to settle Tetsuo's debts. Kanou shells out an astonishing 1.2 billion to rescue Ayase, despite Ayase's failure to remember their shared past. In order to keep Ayase by his side, Kanou offers a proposal for Ayase to pay off his debt by selling his body to him for 500,000 per instance, which appalls Ayase at first. However, over time, he develops a stronger connection with Kanou that transcends financial transactions.
