By 2048, the Eurasian Railroad has connected Tokyo with the northern hemisphere resulting in a surge of criminal activities and immoral acts at the end of the city. The locals are unaware that some beings sharing their space are non-human; robots with highly developed artificial intelligence that can mercilessly end lives for their own preservation. The only one with the ability to halt this is a fittingly named initial version, ORIGIN.
