One day, Shirahime Kanata, an ordinary junior high-schooler, is coerced by his mother, Konata, to sign a contract that turns him into a "magic girl" during crises. Konata, who is also a magical girl, intends to pass on her duties to her son so that he can uphold peace while she takes a vacation. Unfortunately, Kanata cannot revoke the contract without permanently transforming into a girl. Hence, he is compelled to do a rather humiliating job. To combat the "Noise," magical adversaries who strive to disrupt the harmony, Kanata, along with his licentious feline supervisor, Moel, braces himself for battle, all while donning an adorable skirt!
