The focus of the web manga revolves around Bojji, a prince who is powerless and deaf. He is unable to even handle a children's sword, yet he strives to be the greatest king in the world as the firstborn son. However, people criticize him behind his back, referring to him as a "useless prince" and claiming he could never be king.
Bojji's first-ever friend is "Kage," a literal shadow on the ground who seems to understand him well. Kage comes from the Kage assassin clan, which was nearly destroyed. Having abandoned killing, Kage currently survives through stealing.
