In a dangerous world, constantly attacked by the dreaded "Sky People," safety is a rarity. Zipher, a lone traveler equipped with nothing but a giant metal box, collapses during his journey to the rumored land of wizards, known as the "variants" - a group of individuals shunned by society.
Fortunately, Domika, a kind variant, finds and takes care of him, bringing him back to the village. Zipher is taken aback by their unusual appearance, but quickly realizes their incredible abilities. He seeks out the chief in hopes of obtaining their magical assistance, putting his trust in their power over life.
However, the variants are not fond of outsiders, and not everyone welcomes Zipher with open arms like Domika. As he struggles to gain their trust and achieve his goal, Pandemonium: Majutsushi no Mura presents a fantastical world filled with extraordinary beings that are both foreign and familiar at the same time.
