The shoujo manga starts off innocently enough, featuring twins named Ousawa Nae and Ousawa Moe, as well as another set of twins, Soeda Takeshi and Soeda Ken. Nae harbors feelings for Ken, who is in a relationship with her sister Moe. But just as the story seems to follow a typical shoujo plot, it takes a sharp turn into darkness.
