Constantly bullied, Aito Eyama's luck takes an unexpected twist after receiving an invitation to participate in the "Captivity Game." The competition promises vast fortunes for the final victor, but there's a catch: in order to enter, Eyama must become a captor and hold someone hostage for a full month. After much contemplation, he chooses his tormentor and leader of the bullies, Aya Kirishima. The rules appear simple - the captor must be anonymous and cannot kill their captive. Eyama finds solace in tormenting Aya by using the tools provided by the game, legal exemption, a specific cell, and a budget for supplies. However, he's not alone in his ruthlessness - other captors lurk with their hidden agendas. As the game proceeds, Aya makes multiple escape attempts, threatening to reveal a side of Eyama that even he wasn't aware of. The game provides him the much-needed revenge, but at what cost?
