Kaede, a young woman from a remote countryside village, moved to Tokyo in search of employment and sustenance. However, the vast, bustling urban setting is entirely unfamiliar to her, and she is overwhelmed by it. While hunting for a suitable place to stay, she struck up a friendship with a friendly, seemingly average local real estate agent. However, Kaede is unaware that this person has a chilling and ominous side. Their providential introduction causes a series of stalking incidents that leaves Kaede absolutely petrified.
