Fam and Ihrie embark on a quest to locate the fabled Ultimate Power, capable of fulfilling any desired wish. With the assistance of Galuff, a merchant who provides them with a map, they discover the "Proof of Royalty" within an old castle. However, they must face and defeat other treasure hunters, namely Rasha and Miguel, as well as the deceitful Galuff. To attain the Ultimate Power, Fam and Ihrie realize that they require two additional items - the Sword of Sargus and the Mirror of Truth - in addition to the Proof of Royalty.
