Honoka Aono is a strikingly attractive high school sophomore at just 17 years old. On a particular day, the young lady arrives at Musashi Koganei Station with a suitcase in tow. Her objective is to reach her grandfather's peaceful suburban apartment located near the station. Following this visit, Honoka becomes the new proprietor of the building. Upon completing her school duties clad in the traditional sailor school uniform, Honoka replaces it with her landlord's apron, eager to manage her grandpa's residence. Her grandfather's apartment building plays host to several spectacular women, and Honoka is faced with the opportunity of experiencing a mix of exciting and heartrending adventures.
