Ousai Academy was formerly a high school exclusively for girls. However, the decreasing birth rates in the area necessitated the transformation of the school into a co-educational institution. Unfortunately, Tsuda Takatoshi found himself in a difficult situation as one of the male students who had to adapt to the new environment, surrounded by girls. On his first day, he received a scolding from the rigid student council president, Shino Amakusa, which left a poor impression. During the reprimand, Tsuda met the other members of the student council, and as a way of apology, Shino extended an invitation for him to join the council for "reasons." Initially hesitant, Tsuda eventually had no choice but to accept the offer. Thus began his journey at Ousai Academy, where he quickly realized he was the sole normal person among his peers.
