Rinko Kanbara is a girl of mixed heritage, with both Japanese and British ancestry, resulting in her blonde hair and blue eyes. Unfortunately, the vice president of the public moral committee, Kotoshiba, is convinced that Rinko is faking her appearance with hair dye and contacts, and he frequently causes problems for her. To make matters worse, Rinko's behavior gives her classmates the impression that she is a troublemaker, leaving her without any friends.
Despite her struggles, Rinko's spirits are lifted by the presence of Hachiouji-senpai, the handsome and kind president of the public moral committee. Rinko views him as her ultimate prince charming, but is he truly the hero she believes him to be?
