Ikki Kurokami, a rebellious individual, is determined to become the strongest in Shonan. As he embarks on his third year at Tsujidou High, which is reputed for producing the talented Oni-Baku duo (Eikichi Onizuka and Ryuuji Danma from Shonan Junai Gumi and GTO), Ikki is poised to achieve his goal.
To do so, he must beat other aspiring contenders who are also competing for a spot in the revered Shonan Seven, an elite squad of champions representing the most influential high schools in Shonan. Winning this coveted position means proving their school's might and acquiring seven chic and advanced motorcycles that will complement their triumphant persona.
