The young girl, Makora, lives in an unconventional home with no mirrors. One day, she has a strange dream and shares it with her mother, who unexpectedly becomes upset. During her commute to school, Makora encounters bizarre events and finds her mother missing upon her return. A mysterious individual with knowledge about her mother's whereabouts appears and delivers a message to Makora from her mother: "Find the mirror."
