Miku Ikenouchi's friends find her life nearly straight out of a shoujo manga, although she disagrees. They label her as "flourishing in the spring of life," but Miku is uncertain about this. While she has a part-time job, is dating an older student, and has a quiet home life, Miku still questions if all of this is enough.
Sadly, when she arrives home, Miku barely has any time to find out about her father's resignation and her parents' decision to transform their home into a boarding house. To make matters worse, a male student moves in as one of the tenants. As a result, Miku's tranquil existence is now long gone.
