Shimizu Makoto is an industrious team leader, enjoying both the pay and fulfillment she receives from her work. Despite this success, she harbors a secret embarrassing hobby: creating doujinshi about girls’ love that she sells at conventions.
Shimizu takes care to conceal her interest from her colleagues, but a fortuitous event at a doujin convention results in her coworker, Akane Maekawa, discovering her unexpected pastime. To Shimizu’s surprise, Maekawa shows a keen interest and even visits Shimizu’s home to borrow DVDs.
As they become closer, Shimizu realizes the value of sharing her passion with others while facing her own complex emotions toward Maekawa.
