Hideo Aiba is tired of his school group, the "Roman Club," a bunch of occult enthusiasts whom he feels bound to. However, his perception of the club changes when a unique girl, Kurumi Sahana, expresses her desire to become a member. As fate would have it, Hideo and Kurumi find themselves alone in the clubroom, and that's when Kurumi drops an unusual "request" on Hideo. This encounter marks the beginning of a frustrating yet exciting life for Hideo.
