Shiina Aki often gets mistaken for a girl due to his feminine appearance. To change this perception, he moves to Tokyo and enrolls in a new middle school. Upon arrival, he finds himself at Sunohara-sou, where the caring caretaker Sunohara Ayaka welcomes him. Aki quickly forms bonds with three female members of the student council - Yukimoto Yuzu, Yamanashi Sumire, and Kazami Yuri. This marks a fresh start for Aki, who now lives with four girls in Tokyo.
