Jong-U Yun moved to Seoul when he was in his twenties with scarce funds and settled for an inexpensive abode in a dilapidated edifice. Despite the peculiar conduct of the inhabitants and the unsatisfactory state of the building, he persists in his situation until he can afford a better option.
