Following a close encounter with death in a car accident, Kyosuke Hibiki gains the ability to both see and hear the enigmatic Soul Score. His path intertwines with that of Tena, a young "tuner" capable of harmonizing the score by eliminating disharmonious notes. Although Tena insists on partnering with Kyosuke, he remains unconvinced. Despite this, the duo embarks on a turbulent journey, performing a discordant duet.
