Sena Shirai was a reclusive teenager who yearned for the world to cease to exist or her school to explode so she wouldn't have to leave the sanctity of her home. However, on a whim on her 18th birthday, she embarks into the world, only to tragically die in a road accident not long after.
But Sena's story doesn't end there. She is reborn into a magical world where sorcery is widespread, where she finds out that she possesses exceptional abilities - "Explode" and "Destroy". Fearing that she may pose a hazard to others, Sena retreats with her mother to the Ludfalla Forest, where she spends most of her early years in isolation.
Eventually, Sena's mother passes away, leaving her to be labeled a witch by the neighboring populace. On her second 18th birthday, Sena crosses paths with a striking young man named Keith, who falls unconscious and requires her assistance to recover. Keith motivates Sena to conquer her fears and open herself up to new experiences, leading to the two contemplating a journey together. Will Sena summon the courage to control her future, or will she be doomed to relive her desolate past?
