Kim Yeseul has always been living up to the expectations set by others, especially her mother, who constantly reminds her to work hard to get into a top college. Despite her average grades, Yeseul dedicates all her time to studying, often neglecting her appearance and social life.
In a desperate attempt to reinvent herself, Yeseul visits a makeup parlor to transform into Joo Heewon, the school's beautiful star. However, her resulting appearance falls short of her expectations and ends up being a hilarious disaster. Meanwhile, Cheon Yuseong, a talented makeup artist, searches for the perfect muse. By chance, the two form an unlikely partnership and end up competing together in the TV show "Face Off Cinderella."
