Shouta Kasama and his girlfriend, Hina Soekawa, make it to the top 10 finalists of a popular quiz show after succeeding in the qualifying rounds. Led by the well-known TV host Kouhei "Fujikou" Fujio, the contestants hail from diverse backgrounds and are prepared for the ultimate challenge. However, their excitement is short-lived when they discover that a wrong answer equals instant death.
To survive, the competitors must collaborate and utilize their individual abilities to pinpoint the correct response. In the midst of this life-or-death situation, they must also discern whom they can trust. As the threat of fatality looms closer, Shouta and Hina must determine the lengths they are willing to go to emerge alive.
