In the expanse, Ruri finds herself in front of a charming cottage from a neighboring kingdom. Accompanied by cute fairies who follow her everywhere, Ruri receives a magical bracelet that grants her the ability to transform herself into a white fluffy cat. Yearning to explore the world, Ruri ventures to the capital city, where she is under personal protection from Dragon King Jade.
The duo grows close, even if he believes that she's just a plain Felis catus. As Ruri grapples with her predicament, the Dragon King's military and the one led by Priestess Asahi, the puppet figurehead, are on the brink of a massive conflict.
