Living in an unusual time, Yasaka Tokiwa is haunted by dreams that foretell even greater strangeness. The arrival of the robot Makina has triggered a recurring dream featuring a woman named Ri'in. Alongside Makina, Tokiwa attends a school with fellow students Kusanagi Kanata, a ninja in disguise, and Yata Haruka, a wizard. When they band together to rescue the student council president from a demonic threat, they realize that they all share the same dream. What will become of their world?
