Rinka Urushiba was an average teenage girl, except that she came from a modest background and had only her father as family. Unexpectedly, she spotted a penguin and some luminescent fish swimming across the sky. Rinka might have dismissed it as a hallucination if not for a schoolmate who also witnessed the spectacle, his face oddly scratched up.
Touching one of the fish caused Rinka to black out, and when she regained consciousness, she discovered she had gained the ability to pass through solid objects, like the floor of her apartment! Her father's subsequent call alerted her that she was not alone in receiving unruly superhuman powers from the airborne fish! What is the source of these events?
