During the 2020s, the first female prime minister of Japan perceived the country's female culture as highly corrupted. In an attempt to revive the essence of Japanese femininity, she founded the Amazon Academy - an all-girls institution situated on an artificial island in the Pacific Ocean. Amesu Kumi enrolls in this school with the intention of investigating the mysterious death of her elder sibling, Towa, who was also a student at the academy. Kumi's sole lead is the name Burai Sachiko, which was found in Towa's phone. However, she is oblivious to the fact that the school transforms into a combat zone after classes end - where the delicate-looking girls mercilessly fight to survive.
