As a recent entrant to Houjou Designer's College, Ayase Minori has a fresh start ahead of her. However, the wound inflicted by having her design "Daisy" stolen by top-class designer Hinagata Eiji when she was only five years old still lingers. Minori has made a solemn promise to herself that she won't fall in love until she can beat Hinagata Eiji. However, her encounter with Himemiya Akira challenges her resolve, especially since Akira happens to be Hinagata Eiji's sole offspring.
