Neo-chan and the vocalist Gaku have been in a romantic relationship for a couple of years. Following a night together, Neo-chan writes and performs a heartfelt song about her love for Gaku. Devastatingly, things take a dangerous turn when Gaku becomes serious about Neo-chan's talent, causing them to lose contact for three months. To add to the heartbreak, Neo-chan discovers that Gaku has made a major debut with her song. Additional one-shots included are Owaranai Koi o Sasayaite and Ban Confessions!
