Once again, Sunny Milk, Luna Child, and Star Sapphire, the Three Fairies of Light, decided to play a prank on Reimu Hakurei. However, their attention soon shifted to a new troublemaker in town. Intrigued, they sought out the source of the chaos, which led them to Clownpiece, a mischievous Hell fairy who had recently arrived in Gensokyo.
Enthralled by Clownpiece's unique appearance and impressive abilities, the trio attempted to recruit her for their adventures. Despite some initial hesitation, Clownpiece eventually agreed to join in on the fun. However, her arrival in Gensokyo as a Hell fairy, under the patronage of Hecatia Lapislazuli, caused some unease about the implications for both worlds.
