Shinya Sanada's high school journey commenced in a hospital, subsequent to the transformation of a males-only institution into a co-ed one. As a consequence, upon his arrival at what he thought was the males-only residential hall, Shinya was one month behind schedule. To his astonishment, he was greeted by his childhood acquaintance, who had become more ladylike since they last met. Nevertheless, Shinya resolved to adapt to his fresh school life.
