After a four-month absence, the Tsuki no Yu bathhouse owned by Kanae Sekiguchi is once again open to the public. Unfortunately, her husband Satoru has not returned from his business trip and Kanae suspects he could be having an affair or met with an accident. She leans towards accepting the former as the reason for Satoru's disappearance.
In the meantime, Kanae is receiving support from The Public Baths Union, Satoru's employer, which has sent Mr. Hori to assist her in managing the bathhouse. Amid her hectic schedule, Kanae is also pursuing leads that could shed light on her husband's mysterious absence.
