At one point, Kang Eun Ju held a designer role and had a comfortable living arrangement. However, after losing her job and being forced to leave her shared home, she scours the internet with urgency for new employment opportunities. Eventually, she stumbles upon a job listing that could solve her financial and housing woes, prompting her to apply immediately in hopes of securing it. Eun Ju is elated to receive an interview invitation, but her excitement swiftly dissipates upon meeting her potential boss, Kwak Woo Jin. He condescends and belittles her accomplishments, leaving Eun Ju feeling uneasy. Despite his irritating and pompous demeanor, Eun Ju agrees to take the job out of desperation for income and shelter. Unbeknownst to her, Woo Jin's property is inhabited by more tenants than she anticipated, and her new role as a live-in caretaker is plagued by her employer's peculiar demands, turning her days into misery.
