On his way to school, Tanaka Manabu encounters Ryuuzaki Reina, the leader of the female delinquents and a girl carrying a blood-stained bat, and is instantly smitten. Despite being an academically inclined student, Manabu is a geek at heart. The series is a comedic representation of the challenges he faces as the boyfriend of an obsessive yandere girlfriend, with a mix of 4-koma and traditional page formats.
The volumes also contain one-shot stories, including "Miss Gloomy and the Internet" in Volume 15 and "Kinomiya Shoten: Kaiganji Ekimaeten" in Volume 16.
