Following their epic battle with the Demon King, the quartet of heroes embarks on a journey towards Pocca, the birthplace of their comrades. Nina, the chatty mage of the squad, leads the way. Along the route, Nina reminisces about her earlier life as a wandering orphan and the strong bonds formed with the hero and his two compatriots, who became her beloved family. Although the mood is sociable, Nina is apprehensive, fretting about the town's reception of their arrival. She fears that her message might not be well-received.
