Satoru resides idly in a town governed by factories. In the adjoining room of his inexpensive apartment dwells Segawa, an elderly ex-Yakusa. Segawa, one day, demands Satoru to murder him in exchange for 5 million yen. Although hesitant at first, Satoru's insanity becomes evident to Segawa, prompting him to reconsider his request.
