The peaceful town of Shiraike is in the grip of terror as an unknown assailant continues to brutally murder young girls. Despite 29 gruesome deaths, the killer remains at large, leaving locals feeling hopeless. However, a glimmer of hope appears when a fascinating young woman arrives in town. Her name is Reiko and she is a skilled necromancer, capable of resurrecting the dead. She offers her services for a fee, promising to use her abilities to uncover clues about the murders. However, she warns that she cannot control the actions or words of the revived spirits. Shiraike can only hope that Reiko's powers will bring the killer to justice.
