Shougo, a young man, has an issue with experiencing love, not only with humans but also animals. He resorts to killing animals that express affection towards one another, resulting in his admission to a mental institution. During his sessions with a therapist, he has a hallucination where he encounters a goddess who curses him to repeatedly fall for the same girl, knowing that one of them will inevitably perish before they can consummate their love.
