Following the death of her mother, Sachie Wakamura is taken in by her estranged grandfather, who happens to be the leader of a yakuza gang. Despite her reluctance to get involved with the gang, Sachie attempts to uphold her regular routine. It doesn't take long for her to discover that one of the most widely admired boys at school is a member of her grandfather's gang and is now assigned as her protector. Although Sachie is progressively drawn to her bodyguard, Rakuto, she understands that their relationship can never progress because of her association with Rakuto's boss. With the hopes of finding love while reconciling with her newfound family, will Sachie be able to balance both?
