Daichi, a troublemaker in Neo-Tokyo, is rejected by his brother Ginga. To cope with the rejection, he starts collecting rare "Mystickers" which have the ability to generate unlimited energy. It is only after an unfortunate encounter that Daichi discovers that his brother was protecting him from Qilin Realm, an evil organization seeking to use him for their nefarious plan. Ginga is captured, leaving Daichi alone and helpless.
Thankfully, the Guardians, Ginga's allies in their fight against Qilin Realm, assist Daichi. He is recruited into their group and realizes that he is one of the select few "Blazers" who can absorb the powers of the Mystickers. Motivated by his brother's sacrifice and his new abilities, Daichi joins forces with the Guardians in hopes of rescuing Ginga and stopping Qilin Realm from achieving their goals.
