At just 15 years old, Sara has a major secret: she's the renowned singer going by the name "Sala." Despite her fame, nobody knows Sala's true gender. Sara is a devoted fan of "The Rise," the music group led by her schoolmate Hayase Shidou at Toua High for Special Entertainment.
When Sara's boyfriend dumps her for looking too much like "Sala," Hayase takes matters into his own hands with a unique form of revenge, bringing the two students closer together. However, Sara's mother works as Sala's producer and co-president of Star Studios, possibly creating conflict for their budding relationship. Above all, Sara has to keep her true identity a secret, particularly from her rival in "The Rise."
