Hina-chan, the protagonist of our tale, is a woman in her twenties. Her boyfriend is incredibly charming, but her heart longs for her first love, Itsuki. When they were children, Itsuki saved her from bullies, but he and his family moved away, leaving her with just memories of their love. Itsuki's grandmother remains Hina's neighbor, and she keeps tabs on her childhood sweetheart.
One day, Hina dreams of Itsuki and shares her feelings with his grandmother. But Itsuki shows up unexpectedly, looking stunning as a woman. She confesses that she has always felt like a woman inside and is finally living as one on the outside.
Despite Itsuki's transformation, Hina finds herself falling back in love despite her appearance. However, Itsuki identifies herself as a woman and is only attracted to men. Hina is scared that she may end up heartbroken once again.
