After a fatal accident, Nagakawa Shinichi and Sanada Yuuki were offered a chance to live again for seven days, but with a catch. They had to share their lives, both emotionally and physically, and remain together at all times. If they were separated, death would be imminent for both. However, at the end of the seven days, one of them would have to die once again.
With each of them battling to save their own lives, the next seven days would be a test of their ability to get along despite their differences. A bonus chapter is also included.
