Hamaji Youhei, a high school freshman, lacks direction and motivation, finding it challenging to excel in both academics and sports. His reputation as a pervert precedes him, receiving constant rejection from the opposite sex. One persuasive sophomore coaxes him into indulging his perverse desires by joining a club that allows him to touch and fondle girls. Yielding to temptation, Youhei joins the Water Polo Club, but his notorious history of non-commitment begs the question: Will he find a lasting place within this club?
