After being nearly robbed of all his belongings, Izumi finds himself compelled to leave his apartment and find cheaper housing. This leads him to a dilapidated tenement building where he shares accommodation with five eccentric neighbors, including the enigmatic and peculiar landlord Haruto. Initially, Izumi sees this as a temporary arrangement, believing that he only needs to focus on work until he can save up enough to leave. However, as time passes, he begins to warm up to his unconventional new home and unexpected friendships, particularly with Haruto.
