At the beginning of the term, Yang Yu - a reliable and likable sophomore - is tasked with showing fresh recruits around the premises. While doing his duty, he crosses paths with Huan Li, a towering and intimidating-looking first-year who seems aloof and unapproachable. Nevertheless, undaunted by Huan Li's chilliness, Yang Yu perseveres in his efforts to assist him. He senses that their encounter could transform Huan Li's perspective on matters of the heart and quite possibly influence the path of his life.
